Our store accepts returns or exchanges for new products and lightly used items. This includes products that have been opened or gently used. However, please be aware that if the item is damaged during use and it affects resale, we may not approve your refund request.

If you receive items in unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage, please inform us immediately so that we can promptly address and resolve the issue. Photo evidence of such problems will assist in the refund/exchange process.

If you are dissatisfied with the received goods or if they do not meet your expectations, the return period is 21 days. The items should be in their original, unused condition, including all tags and packaging. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
